While you wait, do this

   Shut off the water

   Find the main shutoff (often near the meter or where the line enters) and turn it clockwise.

   Kill power if needed

   If water is near outlets or the electrical panel, switch off power at the breaker.

   Call us

   We dispatch immediately, day or night, and talk you through it while we head over.

4. 4

   Contain the damage

   Move valuables, lay down towels, and open a lower faucet to drain remaining pressure.
